How can I check your availability?  To check availability, please contact us at 832-928-4454 or e-mail us at tealightfulparties@yahoo.com. Once you have confirmed your party date, CLICK HERE to complete our online reservation form and to submit your deposit.

Is there a deposit?  A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve any rental kit..  A security deposit of $100 is required when items are picked up and refunded upon return of all items.

Final Payment: Final payments are due in cash only upon pick up for all rental kits.

How is the deposit returned? The security deposit is refunded upon return of all items in original condition.  Security deposits are refunded in the manner in which it was paid.

 
Cancellations and Refunds - If you must cancel your party rental request for any reason, the following refund policy applies:

If notified within three business days prior to your party date, we will be happy to apply your $25 deposit to another date, however, the deposit is non-refundable.

Costume Rentals: All costumes are made to wear over a child's own clothing; however, leotards and/or spandex pants and t-shirts are my recommendation. All costumes are laundered and sterilized after each rental.

Food and Beverages: Please refrain from serving "messy" foods at your party such as chili dogs, condiments, and other items that can stain our linens or costumes.

How do I reserve a party?To book a party please contact us to check availability.  After your date is confirmed, we must receive your online reservation form and deposit to book your party. Final payment of the balance must be paid in cash and is due on the day that you pick up your rental kit. Please click below to download our rental agreement.  A signed copy of our rental agreement along with a valid credit card and Texas drivers license will be needed prior to the items being realsed to you.
